Convair Space Shuttlecraft Orbiter Decal Sheet

Revell’s Convair Space Shuttlecraft is a classic from the late 1950s. Despite its age, the kit holds up well in its latest incarnation from Atlantis, with little flash, reasonable fit and a cool (but basic) decal sheet. So, let’s punch it up a bit!

This decal sheet allows you to add heat shield tiles ala the US Space Shuttle to your Convair orbiter. Also included is a decal for the cockpit windscreen (roughly sized for a 1/150 scale orbiter), details for the vertical tail, and “greeblies” for the aft end of the orbiter.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN - YOU SPECIFY A NAME FOR THE ORBITER!! Intended for the side of the nose and for the upper wing - similar locations to those used on the US Space Shuttle. After placing this decal set in your cart, use the “Special Instructions” area of the cart to indicate the orbiter name.

THESE DECALS ARE FOR EXPERIENCED MODELERS ONLY! These decals are printed on waterslide decal paper using a 1400 dpi resolution UV ink printer. All decals are printed without a clear overcoat; you may clear coat prior to application if you wish.

NOTE: The Atlantis kit is not included with this detail set. All parts are shipped unpainted. Assembly and modeling skills are required.
