About Us
How it Started
Building models (aka scaled replicas) has been "a thing" for us as long as we can remember.
But there weren't always model kits available for the stuff we wanted to build. So began the exploration of the black art of scratch building.
And then came the wonders of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D printers.
And let's face it, with the addition of vinyl cutters, laser cutters, laser printers, UV ink printers, microprocessors, LED lights and other tools, the potential for scale modeling is virtually limitless.
And, at some point, after being asked numerous times "Hey, can I also get a copy of that thing you're designing / building" the online store was set up.
How It's Going
The objective of the online store is to make it easier for those who like what we make to get a copy for themselves.
We are a one guy, two dog operation (and the dogs want a raise). So it keeps us busy.
We produce in small quantities. Sometimes we may only sell a couple copies of something that we make (or none!). And that's okay because we made it for ourselves. If no one else is interested, we're cool with that!
How it Works
Our products are made on demand. We hold no inventory of completed products.
When you place an order, we get to work.
When your order is placed we will respond with a status on your order and keep you updated every step of the way, from production to shipping.
